Early Packet Pick-Up High Priority

Friday 9/25 from 4-8pm you'll be meeting and greeting and handing out packets to runners.

Welling Ridge Trails parking lot.

5am to 6am Race Day Parking High Priority

Details

From approx 5-6 or 6:30am you'll be directing participants to the parking location across the street. This is really only a priority before the sun comes up. You'll get a headlamp and a reflective vest to wear. And breakfast!

Race Day Packet Pick-Up

Details

Shifts are an hour long. There's a 5am shift, a 6am shift and a 7am shift. All the donuts you can eat provided! The job is simply greeting runners and handing them their race packets.

KROP Main Aid Station Help High Priority

Details

Maybe you'll be filling bottles, maybe you'll be flipping burgers. KROP is a 12 hour event. The busiest times that we need help will be from approx 8am-2pm. We'd love to have you for any portion of this, just let us know!

Race Day Clean Up High Priority

Details

The end! After the race we clean and sweep the whole parking lot. Pack it in, pack it out! We always leave the place better than we found it. You'll be helping pack up supplies, break down canopies, load cars, collect trash, etc. This shift is approx 6:30pm to 8pm. Any amount of help counts.
