Course Marshal At Corner of Emigrant Lake Rd. and Hwy. 66 High Priority

This person will need a bright vest. Their job will be to keep 10k runners safe as they turn the corner from Emigrant Lake Rd. to the shoulder of Hwy. 66. They will also turn the 5K runners around to head back to start/finish.. They can not direct traffic but they can be there as a visual safety person. Watching the traffic for the runners and helping to direct runners were to go.

Course Marshal at Corner of Hwy 66 and Corp Ranch Rd. High Priority

Details

This person will need a bright vest. Their job will be to keep runners safe as they turn the corner from Hwy. 66 to Corp Ranch road .They will also help runners as they come back from Corp Ranch Rd. to the shoulder of Hwy. 66. They can not direct traffic but they can be there as a visual safety person. Watching the traffic for the runners and helping to direct runners were to go.

Course Marshal in RV park High Priority

Details

This person will need a bright jacket. Their job will be to make sure runners make it around the RV park and back towards start/finish area.

In Emigrant Lake RV park

Aid Station on Corp Ranch Medium Priority

March 3, 2024

Details

This person will man the aid station and direct 10K runners to head back the way they came.

Location

Turn around on Corp Ranch Rd.

Course Marshal for One Mile Turn around High Priority

March 3, 2024

Details

This person will need a bright jacket. Their job is to turn around the one mile runners and to direct 5K and 10K runners to continue on to RV park.

Location

In Emigrant Lake park Just before turn up to camping area.

Course Sweep High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This person will make sure all runners have finished. They will also pick course marking arrows and tell aid station they are done.

start/finish then all of course

Finish Line Helper Medium Priority

March 3, 2024

Details

This person will help with setting up finish area. Then they will help with timing by calling bib numbers of runners as they cross the finish line. Once all the runners come in they will help tear down.

Location

At the Start/Finish area by the entrance to Emigrant Lake.

Day of Registration helper Medium Priority

March 3, 2024

Details

This person will help manage day of registrations and getting people their packets.

Location

Start/Finish area at the entrance to Emigrant Lake.
