Details

Check in at ORRC volunteer table at 9am on SE 4th between Broadway and SE Main in Estacada. Set up finish, hand out tickets and socks, help tear down and reload truck. Medals will be available in food/drink area.

At 8:00, help at finish line to set up tables and give finishes socks and medals.

Help keep finishers moving out of the finish line area back toward parking lot for results.

Help tear down and reload truck.

Check in at volunteer table, on SE 4th between Broadway and SE Main in Estacada.

Set up and tear down course, load and unload truck

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

Accompany ORRC staff to set up mileage, directional and ODOT signage before event. After event, accompany staff to collect mileage, directional and ODOT signage.

Check in at ORRC volunteer table at 6:00 a.m. on SE 4th between Broadway and SE Main in Estacada. Proceed to registration deck to pass out bibs for those pre-registered and assist those not registered until 8:30. Locate race director for further assignment as needed.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Check in at Volunteer Table, then catch the bus to the start. At 9am start following the last runner (close, but not stalkery). Head back to the start following the last runner. Release the volunteers at the start and continue following the last runner/walker until the finish line. Report injured runners and medical emergencies immediately. The sweepers may run or bike the course.

Estacada High School Track & Cross Country High Priority

Details

This group will be in charge of setting up, hosting and cleaning up the aid stations. There is one along the course and one at the start. Check in at ORRC volunteer station. Go 1.3 miles east on Hwy 224 and turn right on E Faraday Road. Drive as far as you can to the closed gate to aid station.

Location

The first aid station will be at the start, at the east end of Faraday Rd, at the lower boat ramp at North Fork Reservoir. The second one is accessible from the west end of Faraday Rd as far as we are able to drive at the yellow gate.

Estacada High School Girls Soccer Team High Priority

This task is help at the finish line - handing out awards, water, helping with food prep of post race snacks.

Near the intersection of Broadway and 4th, Estacada.

This task will be helping with the finish line. Calling out runners, helping find participants finish time, handing out water, etc.
