Details

Packet & Tshirt Pick-up - Hand out the previously prepared packets to participants. Ensure participants receive the tshirt size they signed up for, only allowing to change sizes if there are extra shirts in other sizes (if register after June 1, not guaranteed tshirt size). Check off participant's name on list to show that packet has been picked up.
When race begins, clean up packet pickup/registration area.
Choice of the following dates/times:
**Thursday June 29 @ 5:00-7:00pm
**Friday June 30 @ 5:00-7:00pm**Saturday July 1 @ 7:30-8:30am

Late Registration Medium Priority

You must be 16-125 years old to volunteer for this task.

Details

Accepts completed entry forms and money from race entrants.
Ensure money collected matches the entry form selections.
Write race number (from race bib) on entry form and list.
Write check number or CASH on entry form.
Give race bib to participant and ask them to move to move to the side while another volunteer gets their tshirt for them.
When race begins, clean up packet pickup/registration area.
Choice of the following dates/times:
**Thursday June 29 @ 5:00-7:00pm
**Friday June 30 @ 5:00-7:00pm
**Saturday July 1 @ 7:30-8:30am

Water Station Low Priority

You must be 16-125 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Water Station Workers – Needed 2 volunteers
Runner Hydration: Fill water cups. Hold bottom of cup so runner can easily grab cup from you without stopping. Pick up cups that runners have discarded to maintain safe and clear course for runners. Notify Medics of any medical/safety issues.
Part Cheerleader: Cheer the runners on! For some, it's their first race or start of a healthy lifestyle change and you may be the only people to cheer them on along the way. Get up, get excited, and keep them moving.

Course Marshalls Medium Priority

You must be 18-125 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

As soon as you see a runner, signal with your hands and voice which direction or turn they are supposed to make.
Part Traffic Cop: If stationed on a main road, use stop sign to stop traffic while runners cross the road (there are also stop signs and crosswalk here).
Part Cheerleader: Cheer the runners on! For some, it's their first race or start of a healthy lifestyle change and you may be the only people to cheer them on along the way. Get up, get excited, and keep them moving.

Refreshment Distributor Medium Priority

You must be 13-125 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Refreshment Distributor – Need 2 to 4 volunteers
Set up table and distribute chocolate milk, water, and snack. Clean up area after race.

Put Me Where You Need Me Low Priority

You must be 13-125 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

PUT ME WHERE YOU NEED ME - Volunteers that just wants to help and doesn't care where you are assigned. May be needed at Start Line, Finish Line, or somewhere in between!

Course Set Up / Take Down Medium Priority

Set up race course, hydration stations, signage, etc.

Photographer Low Priority

You must be 16-125 years old to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Need one person to take pictures at the start and finish line, and a second person to take pictures along the route near the water station.
