Details

Most of these are at corners where runners turn. Volunteer will point direction, monitor auto activity to keep runners safe, cheer the runners. You will need to be at your location by 8:30am until approximately 10:30am. Bring a chair to relax in until the runners arrive at your location.

Details

Fill cups with water, hand to runners, clean up cups, cheer the runners. You will need to be at the water station by 8:30am until approximately 10:30am. Suggest bringing a chair to relax in while you await the runners.

Details

Assists with handing out bib numbers, t-shirts, glasses, etc. Also assists with any day of registration. You will need to be at the track by 6:30am until approximately 9:00am. If you can stay longer to assist in other areas in the finish area that would be great!

Timing assitant

Assists timing company with needs at the finish line. You will need to be at the track by 8:15am and stay until the last runner finishes, approximately 11:00am

Keeps runners moving through finish chute and hands out finisher's award. You will need to be at the track by 8:15am and stay until the last runner finishes, approximately 11:00am.

Arranges and stocks food for when athletes have finished their races. You will need to be at the track by 8:45am and stay until approximately 11:00am.

Lead bike

Details

Lead bikes will lead the 5k and 10k leaders. 5k lead bike will circle back along course to follow last runner and dismiss volunteers as last runner passes. You will need to be at the track by 8:30am and stay until the last runner finishes, approximately 11:00am.

Be flexible. You will be assigned the morning of the race to a location that needs to be covered. It may be at the track or one the course. You will need to be at the track by 7:00am and stay until your task is done or approximately 11:00am.
