Raffle prizes & Drop Bags

Details

Organize and display raffle prizes into two categories, everyone and 10K series. There will be 10- 15 prizes for each category.

Once raffle prizes are displayed, then choose winning numbers of runners from half marathon and 30K runners/walkers for category one, and 10K runners/walkers for category two. Numbers can be obtained from Jeff Huber, the timer at the start line.

In addition, organize and distribute drop bags for storage of excess clothing. Use two part tickets for each bag giving one numbered ticket to the participant and taping the matching numbered ticket to their bag. Then organize the bags numerically on stage for easy retrieval after they've finished the event.
