As an On Course Directional Guide, you’ll be stationed along the 5K route to help keep our walkers and runners motivated, energized, and heading in the right direction. You’ll be part of the spirit squad that makes this event memorable!
*Volunteers must be able to get to their assigned course location independently (either by walking or driving to a nearby access point).
Duties:
- Enthusiastically cheer on participants (clap, wave, and shout encouragement!).
- Provide clear directions and guide participants along the correct route if stationed at turns or intersections.
Additional Information:
- End time may vary depending on your course location. We will have a race sweeper who will release you as the final participants passby.
- Volunteers under 18 are welcome with adult supervision.
- If you’re signing up with a group, please make a note of it so we can assign you to the same location.
