Course Marshall, Race Village Setup / Tear Down High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Set up race village, tents, tables, etc. 5-6:00,
Course Marshall from 6:45 to 8. - Course Marshalling is standing in one place and directing racers.
Tear Down @ 8:00
You will need to be able to send/receive texts during the race.

Course Sweeper

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Lead the pack on a bicycle, sweep the course for anyone needing help. You will need to be able to ride the course 2 times. Be aware, its hilly.

Race Packet Prep

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help to stuff all the cool swag into the race bags. Meet at the director's house a few days before the race.

Water Station High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Provide water and a smile for runners on . 6:30 setup on Eagle Farms road across from sweet birch lane. Fill small dixie cups and ready to distribute by 7:00. Collect all cups and tear down by 8:00. We welcome anyone under 16 as long as they are with a parent (or 18 year old child!)
