Help us get ready for race day on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 17th! Pre-Race Day Set-Up Volunteers will assist with t-shirt sorting, packet stuffing, staging supplies, putting up signage, marking courses, and other tasks. Some heavy lifting is involved.

Pre-Race Day Set-Up Volunteers will be treated to a light lunch and refreshments!

A behind-the-scenes look at the Chase before it is setup! Race Day Set-Up Volunteers are needed to help setup Registration, Post-Race Party, Starting Line, Refreshments, and more!

Tasks will include setting up tables, chairs, tents, finish line refreshments, and placing signage, cones, and banners. Some heavy lifting is involved.

Great Volunteer Opportunity for Youth Groups or Families ! Adult supervision required for youth under 16 years old.

Water Stop Volunteers will cheerfully pass out water cups to passing runners, fill water cups as needed, and keep course free of trash and debris.

Tasks will include setting-up water stops on course, including tables, chairs, water, trash cans, and cups, filling water cups prior to start of race, passing out cups to runners, and cleaning up water stop at conclusion of race.

POST RACE PARTY & CLEAN-UP

Details

VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE FREE T-SHIRT, FOOD, LIVE MUSIC, and 1 FREE BEER (21 and over).

Post-Race Party & Clean-Up Volunteers will set-up and maintain a fun, post-race experience for all runners and spectators. Following the party, volunteers will assist in clean- up ensuring that no trash, supplies, or debris is left on the grounds.

Tasks will include keeping finish line refreshments filled, keeping party space clear of trash and debris, emptying trash cans as necessary, checking restrooms and restocking as necessary, and putting away tables, chairs, tents, finish line refreshments, signage, cones, and banners. Some heavy lifting is involved.
