Packet Pick Up

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Volunteers for this opportunity will assist in filling the runner bags and provide help during packet pick up ahead of the race.

Race Day Registration

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Minimum met.

Details

Help us get the race of to a great start! As a race day registration volunteer you will assist with checking in runners, registering last minute participants, and answering questions about the race.

Race Day Set Up

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

These volunteers will help with the set up before the race, including building tables, organizing the registration area, and other tasks as needed.

Race Day Clean Up

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers will assist in the breakdown and cleanup of the race. At the Y, we always leave places cleaner than when we found them!

Vendor Village

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers will assist with the setup and break down of the vendor area at the race site.
