Race Day Set-Up High Priority

Meet in the parking lot of S&T on Philadelphia Street at 7:30 a.m. to help set up for the race (tables, trash cans, photo banner, etc...)

Clean Up High Priority

October 19, 2024

Details

Meet in the S&T parking lot by 10:15 to start cleaning up the venue (packing up tables, preparing trash for pickup, packing up signs, etc...)

Refreshment Table Medium Priority

Details

Keep the refreshment table stocked and clean.

Race Course Volunteers

Details

Line the course on race day to cheer on participants and help direct them along the course. Individuals or groups will stay at one location along the course until the sweeper (last person on the course) dismisses them. The course starts and ends at S&T Parking lot on Philadelphia Street; passes through town to Mack Park and IRMC.

Everyone will meet at S&T Parking lot the morning of the race for placement
