You will be positioned at the intersection of Colebrook Rd and Kennedy Rd. Your job is to make sure that all the runners turn right onto Kennedy Rd. This location is right around mile 1 in the race, so the first runner should be at your location around 12:07pm and the last should be going past you around 12:15 or 12:20pm. Please stay at this location until the last runner has gone past you, then you can return to the Vineyard at Hershey.

Your job is to make sure that the runners make a right onto Deodate Rd. After the last runner has gone past you, please return to the Vineyard at Hershey

You will be helping with packet pick-up the day of the race. This will include giving out bibs and race bags to all participants. All race day packet pick-up volunteers are invited to stay around for the post race party once the race has finished. The post-race party starts at 1. You may be asked to help out with additional volunteer responsibilities once packet pick-up is over, but you will be free to enjoy the after-party once it begins.
