Details

You will assist with setting up tables and tents as well as signage along the course. Once the event is over, you will assist with taking down these items and loading them into the race truck. You should be okay with walking up to 2 miles and lifting 40 lbs.

Details

You will assist with participant and volunteer parking on the Cobbs Creek side of the Cemetery. This will involve ensuring the vehicles are parked safely and efficiently and acting as security over them as the race is going on.

Crossing Guard

Details

You will assist participants and volunteers crossing from their vehicles on the Cobbs Creek side of the Cemetery over Cobbs Creek Parkway to the Philadelphia side (for the race) and back. This will involve ensuring the oncoming traffic is clear and that guests can cross safely and efficiently. You will stay in that position throughout the morning and assist guests crossing back after the race is over. You will be provided with a safety vest and bullhorn.

Details

You will check participants in and provide them with a bib and swag item. Once the race has started, you will transition to the finish line to collect finish line times. All of this will be done via the RunSignUp app which is very easy to use on both Apple and Android. You should feel comfortable utilizing your own phone for this and enjoy customer service.
