Thank you for your interest in joining our volunteer team at New Balance Outdoor Nationals! This meet would not run smoothly without your help! All volunteers will receive a pair of New Balance shoes and a t-shirt as a thank you for their time.
Volunteers that sign up for this task will help with our front end operations such as packet pickup, photo wall operations, or other miscellaneous tasks. These tasks are primarily indoors. Being the first point of contact for coaches, parents, and athletes, we want enthusiastic and detail oriented individuals to help here!
Volunteer check in for MAIN CAMPUS will take place at Hutchinson Gym at the University of Pennsylvania. Please arrive on time for your slot(s) that you've signed up for. If you can no longer attend please let us know asap. Please note, parking is not covered for volunteers so please plan accordingly.

While we make every effort to honor your selected role (Front End vs. Infield), meet management reserves the right to reassign volunteers on the day of the event to ensure a safe and successful championship.
