Details

Responsibilities include: Accepting registration and payment, keeping order, answering questions, assist in filling out registration forms, handing out race bags to new registrants, and informing parents that their child's race bib needs to be completely filled out.

Looking for two volunteers, per race.

Group Leaders High Priority

Minimum met.

Details

These volunteers are responsible for the boys and girls in each of the (5) age groups after welcoming and opening announcements. Group leaders will guide children to designated areas for stretches and race starting area. While waiting for their race to start, keep children occupied and in their designated areas.

Looking for ten volunteers

Results Keeper High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Will record times that runners cross the finish line and note the results to be rolled up to coordinator.

Looking for two volunteers.

Bib-Tearer

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Removing ripped bibs and place them in order on a clip ring so that they can be paired with the recorded times from the Time Keepers.
