Packet Pick Up

Help runners who show up and haven’t picked up their packet yet. Look up participants bib number, and give them a shirt and race bag. If they did not get a bib number because they registered late, the volunteer will assign a bib number and input to the app.

Line Manager

Walk the registration table area to make sure people are being served appropriately based on the line they are in. In this role volunteers serve as brand ambassadors for the Y, so they should greet participants while keeping everything in order.

Start/Finish Line Management

Manage corrals, make sure start signs are in
place, move cones as needed, at finish, keep runners moving. Explain to runners
how to find their times using QR code on bib

Water Station Management

Finish Line Refreshment Table Management
