Color Blast Zone

Details

Possibly the most unique volunteer job in the WORLD!! This task includes throwing powdered “color” at walkers and runners as they pass our color stations. You will get really colorful (be ready to be: head to toe fully covered in colored paint powder).
Color Blast Zone Volunteers will work for 30-40 minutes after the last runner passes to sweep and dispose of the excess color and prepare the course to be re-opened to the public.

Water Station

Details

Water station volunteers will be responsible for handing out water to the walkers and runners so they can stay hydrated during the Color Blast.

Packet Pickup

No volunteer spots remaining.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

Race day packet pickup volunteers will be responsible for passing out Color Blast packets the day of the race. They should be available to arrive early enough to hand out all the packets in plenty of time for the races to begin.

Traffic Control

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Traffic Control will help runners safely cross any intersections on their way along the race course or assist participants with parking upon arrival.

General Helpers

Minimum met, 8 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

General Helpers will be helping out where you’ll be needed most on the day. Some of these jobs include helping at the start or finish line, the merch table, greeting the Color Blast walkers and runners, helping them make their way to the event site, creating color blast magic at the finish line, check in and parking!

DJ

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Create a blast of a good time at the Color Blast with some tunes to start off everyone at the race and through the Color Blast Fun Run.

Photographer

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Capture the colorful fun from start line, along race course and finish line with some great photos.
