Finish Line Volunteers High Priority

Details

We will provide water and a medal. We will have your table set up, but we will need you to put water on the table and hand out medals along with water.

All volunteers must be at Charles Towne Landing by 7 AM, as our Kids Fun Run starts at 8:30 AM and the 5.12K starts at 9:05 AM.

Mile 1 Volunteers/Water Station High Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Set up water station and clean up water station. We will have a table for you with water and cups. Fill cups with water (halfway) and hand out.

We would like you to provide fun and encouragement to participants.

Food Coordinator + Volunteers High Priority

We will have a table for you and provide food and snacks. Please greet runners and put food/snacks out and replenish as needed.

Packet Pick Up Volunteers High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

The day of the event, hand out number/bib/race number, shirt and bag to participants.

Volunteers will be responsible for checking off participant's name, their shirt size and then hand the participant their number/bib/race number along with bag/race/run swag.

Please arrive by 7 AM.

Event Support Volunteers High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Deliver tables, chairs, and other equipment to designated areas and pick up tables, chairs, and trash after race/run/walk.

Departure Gift Table Volunteers Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

As people leave, we thank them and hand them a boxed gift (tech cable holder) for attending our event. One gift per participant.

Greeter + Directional Coordinator High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

To set a good first impression, we need a greeter to welcome and direct people to the visitor center for the run/walk. We are located at the visitor center, not Founder's Hall (where Race the Landing was held)
