SHIFT
3-hour blocks throughout the event. Pick the time slot that works for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Setup: tents, tables, start/finish arch, course signs and finish area
• Check-in: help runners check in on the RaceDay CheckIn app (bibs are assigned on the spot)
• Start and finish: keep the chute clear, hand out finisher medals, collect timing tags
• Aid station and finish area: serve food, water and giveaways
• Wrap-up: sweep the area, break down and load equipment
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Check in with the Race Director at the timing tent
WHAT TO BRING
Closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate layers and a water bottle. We run rain or shine.
