Race Day Volunteer Opportunities

Mid-point Water Stop High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrival time: 6am

This volunteer opportunity will be responsible for filling cups and having them ready BEFORE runners/walkers pass your stop. There will be a quick demo prior to race start.

You will need to stay at your post until the last partipant of both events comes through.

These volunteers WILL NOT be able to participate in any of the events.

Race Finish High Priority

At least 9 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrival time: 6am

This volunteer opportunity will be responsible for assuring ALL finishers of the 5K and 1-mile walk receive a bottle of water and a cooling towel.

You will need to stay at your post until the last partipant of both events comes through.

These volunteers WILL NOT be able to participate in any of the events.

Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-up Medium Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Arrival time: 5am

These volunteers will assist with anyone who is wanting to register for a race. As well as anyone coming to pick up their packet.

This volunteer opportunity will be completed by 7am.

Parking Support Medium Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive: 5:30am

These volunteers will help support the Goodlettsville Parks team in directing participants and spectators on where to park when they arrive.

Pre-race Setup Medium Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Arrive: 5:30am

This volunteer will help us get directionals and any other signage out on the course.
