Pre-Race Dinner

Details

Assist in cooking and serving (buffet style) pre-race pasta dinner. Includes keeping pasta, sauce, bread, salad, dessert, and drink stocked, washing dishes, prep foods for Saturday's race, and other kitchen duties. Yes, you get dinner too!

The key to getting our runners across the finish line is to keep them fed and hydrated! Aid station duties include keeping drink cups full, keeping food stocked, and keeping the cowbells ringing!

Our race director requires that medals be placed OVER runners' heads. She also requires that cowbells be rung when runners are around. If this sounds like something you can do, please sign up!

Dining Hall Assistant

Help keep the dining hall in good shape, help at the merch tables, help with the kitchen, basically help wherever we need extra hands at the start/finish.

Kitchen Assistance

At our race, we've got more than just Gatorade and bananas. Kitchen assistance includes everything from making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to cooking burgers to keeping the crock pots full of soup. (Yes, you get fed too!)

Course Clean Up

November 7, 2022

Details

MOST runners will be done on Sunday, but we'll still have 100 milers finishing on Monday morning. The course does not get cleaned up until every runner has finished. Pulling down stuffed animals and ribbons, picking up signs, and making sure there is no trash on the trail.
