General Task - Early Helper who is racing

Details

"Early Helper Who Is Racing" task is for the person who wants to help on race morning but is racing. Primary tasks are course and finish area setup.

This task starts as early as the volunteer can get to the race site (ideally before 6 am and as early as 5:30 am) and ends at 7 am so they can begin their warm-up and line up for the race.

This volunteer task is directed by the Volunteer Coordinator and may be assigned to multiple tasks as needed.

Water stop on course

Water Stop on Course (sponsored by CrossFit Knoxville)

Details

Water stop on course is located about M 1.25 from start. Runners come by the water stop location twice (again at M1.5) for the 5K and four times for the 10K. This task is setup to track the CrossFit Knoxville volunteers who are signing up for this position.

The water stop will be setup by 7:30 and will be open till about 9 am or until the last 10K runners passes on the return side of the traffic.
