"7:00pm Heat - Volunteer Who Is Racing" task is for the person who wants to help on race evening but is racing.

This task starts as early as the volunteer can get to the race site (ideally before 6:00pm and as early as 5:30pm) and ends at 6:45pm am so they can begin their warm-up and line up for the race.

7:00pm Heat - volunteer who is NOT racing

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

"7:00pm Heat - Volunteer Who Is NOT Racing" task is for the person who is available for any task needed in support of the race. We are suggesting a 2 hr shift ideally starting around 5:30pm and ending around 7:30pm. They are directed by the Volunteer Coordinator and may be assigned to multiple tasks as needed.
