Water Station 5k Course High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

This task involves being out on course race day setting up water stop for the participants and handing out water as they pass by tables. This is a fun high energy task as you will also cheer and encourage runners and walkers as they pass your table

Course Monitor 5k High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help maintain a safe course by redirecting traffic away from participants and guiding participants in the right direction. Feel free to bring pom-poms, horns, music, instruments, signs, etc. to encourage and cheer on runners.

Water Station 15k Course High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 14 more volunteers needed.

Details

There are 3 water stops on this course. We will need a minimum of 3 people per station. Provide water to participants as they pass. Keep course clean for runners by picking up discarded cups, bottles, and trash and place it in the provided trash bins. Please feel free to bring pom poms, signs, horns, music, etc to cheer on participants. Bonus for great costumes!

15k Course Monitor High Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

The Turtle for 5k and 15k High Priority

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

With a deliberate pace, they steadfastly trail behind, serving as the guardian of the event's integrity. Their commitment to being the last to cross the finish line for the longest distance underscores their dedication to the well-being of all involved. As the ultimate supporter and protector, the Turtle embodies the essence of endurance and solidarity, ensuring that every participant completes the race journey safely.

Finish Line Volunteer High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Help assist in setting up the awards table, give results and hand out medals and water

Packet Pick Up High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Helpful if you have experience checking participants in and handing out packets. This is a two day opportunity where you could choose to work Friday at Fleet Feet Mt Juliet for day 1 of packet pick up or day 2 on race day.
