Details

An area of the course will be assigned to our volunteers to monitor traffic, keep everyone safe, and cheer on our walker/runners. To help our GLOW and to light up the night, race course volunteers will be provided with an LED foam stick which will be received at our volunteer table.

Parking Management High Priority

Details

Volunteers will be assigned within the parking lot area of William Blount High by the County Farm Rd entrance. Tasks may include setting up cones/barriers and directing car traffic.

Photographers Medium Priority

Details

Volunteers will take photos throughout the event from 7PM to around 8:30PM. This may include festivities prior to walk/run, placement along the course to capture our runners/walkers, and runners/walkers crossing the finish line.

Tasks include monitoring and handing out glow sticks. This station will also provide face painting to anyone interested. We will include some easy designs participants can choose from.
