Details

40 volunteers needed to staff intersections that are closed with cones as well as direct traffic and race participants along the course. You will be taken to your assignment via bus once you check in at the volunteer check-in tent by 7:15 AM at Central Magnet School. Once the race is winding down, the bus will come around to pick you up and take you back to the school.

Details

Volunteers must be on campus at 6 AM on Sept. 3rd to set up for the race. Table, tents, chairs, trash cans, and other items needing to be set up for the race.

Clean up crew High Priority

No volunteer spots remaining.

This volunteer task is full.

Details

10 Volunteers must be able to stay after the race to help collect trash receptacles, load tables, chairs, pick up registration items

Fun Run Crew High Priority

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Details

Volunteers will be along the sidewalk route of the fun run for kids directing them on the path and keeping them safe on the course. Report to the volunteer tent to check-in at 8:15 for your course assignment.

Water station #1 Low Priority

No volunteer spots remaining.

Details

5 volunteers needed at water station #1 to pour and distribute water to race participants. You will be taken to your assignment via bus (or you may be able to drive and park) once you check in at the volunteer check-in tent by 7:15 AM at Central Magnet School. Once the race is winding down, the bus will come around to pick you up and take you back to the school.
