As a Glow Party Attendant, you’ll be the heart and soul of the post-race celebration at the Ready Set Glow 5K! Your role is to ensure that our Glow Party runs smoothly, assisting our non-profit and sponsor booths with set up and helping our participants enjoy all the fun activities and creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up and managing activity stations (food trucks, children’s activities, vendor booths, etc.).
Provide directions and information to participants.
Help maintain a clean and organized event space.
Ensure the safety of participants, especially in high-traffic areas.
Be a friendly and welcoming presence, making sure everyone has a great time.
Distribute glow gear, snacks, and other materials as needed.
Requirements:
A friendly, helpful attitude.
Ability to stand and move around during the event.
Willingness to engage with participants and provide assistance where needed.
Comfortable working in a lively, energetic environment.
