Details

Vendors will set up tents for our patrons to visit during the event with snacks and information about your program available. We are also asking vendors to contribute an item for the 500 participant swag bags. You will also need to provide your own table, chairs and tent.

Volunteer EMT's, nurses, physical therapist, etc. to be stationed at home base for patrons to get basic first aide for minor/non-life threatening events. 911 will be called for major/life threatening events.
