Pacer/Rabbit (3 positions) a leader, a follower(behind the last Runner) and one in the middle . High Priority

Details

Leader.
will be in front of the 5K runners to be follow by participants and show then the way from start to finish and encourage them to Sprint at the last part of the run close to the finish Line.

Follower
will be in the back behind the last runner to make sure no one is left behind or gets lost.

Middle pacer.
will run along with runners somewhere in the middle of the group and will monitor runner and encourage them to keep running/moving

Water Station and Monitor (3 Positions) High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Finish Line/Water Station Monitor
will be just passed the finish line, will be offering water and sending finishers to the snack table and to wait for awards.

Pond overlook Water Station/monitor
will be place at the Pond overlook offering water to runners and walkers that may need some, as well as helping monitor the runners and walkers and direct them to the right pat from and to the finish line.
Park Overlook Water station/monitor
This Monitor will be right at the 1/2 way of the 5K run located at the top of the hill in the Park Overlook, and besides offering water, it will be monitoring runner and show then to go up and down the hill to complete their 5K Run.
And take pictures of runners as they approach your positions if possible.

Road crossing and guides. High Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Road Crossing and guides (5 to 6)
will be at different spots where runner/walkers have to cross any road
and help them cross safely by looking out for cars and make sure that drivers yield way to the runners/walkers or where a turn o trail maybe confusing and guide them the right way.
Would also take pictures from runners as they pass by

Cheerleaders(as many as they can be) Medium Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

At the finish line encouraging and cheering all runners and walkers to finish strong.
And take pictures of runners. As they about to and when crossing the finish line.
