Suggested items to bring: Sunscreen, bug spray, ice water, snack, chair, a small megaphone or bell for cheering, umbrella, comfortable shoes and comfortable clothing.

Details:
1. Provide medical response plan for 300+ participants
-Course includes 3 miles of mixed terrain and 20+obstacles (includes ice bath, creek crossing)
-Participant ages range from 5 years old to over 70 years old
2. Provide on-site medical supplies
-Cooling tent
-Cooler with ice and ice bags
- Basic supplies for injuries
-OPTIONAL: EMS supplies for bigger medical emergencies (defibrillator, crash cart, Ivs)
