Details

Meet resource fair vendors and Autism Society staff at their cars, help them unload. Then help to carry tables, chairs and materials, and help them set up on the lawn. Set up two water containers.

Teen volunteers must be with a parent or guardian. Volunteers for this shift should be able to help carry an 8 foot folding table (with a partner). Thank you!

Load/unload near stage of Lakeline Park. Resource Fair takes place on the lawn.

Help Resource Fair Vendors & Autism Society staff carry their tables, chairs and materials out of the venue to their cars and help them load up.

Details

Help to set up the check-in area with tablecloths and give away items such as event tees and fundraising incentives. At 9 AM begin check in, hand out tees & other materials to participants.

Near stage of Lakeline Park.

Walk Support & Water Monitors Medium Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Walk volunteers will mark our short Walk route around the lawn, direct people during the actual Walk loop and monitor to make sure our participants stay away from the water., You will also be cheering and hold signs for those walking.

The Walk takes place around the lawn in front of the stage.

Check In Table: Monitor & Breakdown High Priority

Details

Stand at check-in table and monitor. Help guests with questions or late arriving participants get their event tee and other materials. At noon, box up t-shirts, help pack registration table and load into cars of AST Staff.

Front area where check in tables are set up.

Please register if you are with the band, or supporting the band in set up/breakdown or transportation. This is not an open volunteer spot.
