Set Up Cookie Buffet

Details

Arrive by 7:15 to set up the cookie buffet for the finisher finish line

Location

Finishline - Set up and keep the buffet stocked for racers as they finish. Race should be over by 9:00 and prizes will be awarded. Cookies can be cleaned up about then. You should be done by 9:30

Cheer Our Runners

Water Table

Details

We will have two water tables on the route. We would like you to hand out that water to our runners.

Location

Show up at 7:15 to find your location and get your table setup. Please hand out water, and collect the trash. Bring supplies back after race bike has passed your location.

If heading north on Agronomy, turn left at flashing stop sign onto F&B road and keep turning left (circle the little white building on the corner). First entrance gate on right is the parking lot.

Pace Bike

We need someone to follow the runners and be sure no EMS needs to be called and to let us know when the last runner has passed the finish line.

Packet Pick Up Table

Details

Hand out packets as racers arrive. Arrive by 6:45 AM and stay until 8:30. Packets will be pre-packed and sorted. All you should need to do is look them up and hand out bags. They will check in with the timing company at a separate location to get their timing tag. There will be a raffle opportunity. Each races gets one ticket. Additional tickets are available for donations.

Floaters

You know what...we may have forgotten to ask for help for something. This is where you come in. We would like to know that we have just a few extra hands on deck to help fill in where need be. Please arrive by 7:00am and be prepaired to clean up your task when we are done. Thank you!

Cut Race tags

January 14, 2023

Details

You will be cutting race tags off shoes at the finish line. These tags are what we use to chip time the race. As people come off the race course, you just snap off that tag with some scissors.
