Greet vendors and sponsors when they arrive
Check them in and show them their assigned space
Help direct them during unloading/setup
Answer basic event questions
Make sure sponsor areas and signage are properly placed
Check on vendors throughout the event

Parking & Guest Direction

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Direct participants and guests toward designated parking
Help guide people from parking to the event entrance
Answer basic directional questions
Keep entrances and important access areas clear

Route Guides/Course Marshall High Priority

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Be stationed at designated points along the course
Direct runners and walkers along the correct route
Make sure participants do not take a wrong turn
Keep an eye out for anyone needing assistance
Cheer on and encourage participants
Immediately report any safety concerns

Finish Line Medals High Priority

Details

Duties:
Hand finisher medals to participants as they finish
Keep medals organized and ready
Congratulate finishers
Make sure the finish area stays

Awards and Results Crew High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Duties:
Help organize age-group medals and overall trophies
Arrange awards in presentation order
Assist with locating award winners
Help keep the awards ceremony organized
Assist with the Largest Team award
Make sure awards go to the correct recipients

Event Tear Down High Priority
