Details

Volunteers are responsible for helping with start/finish line tasks such as putting up the inflatable, helping set up timing equipment, start/finish aid station, and medals/finish line snacks. Also responsible for supporting and congratulating runners, handing out medals, restocking snacks and water, managing merchandise, timing chip collection and keeping trash tidy.

Finish Line – Shift 1

Volunteers are responsible for supporting and congratulating runners, handing out medals, restocking snacks and water, managing merchandise, timing chip collection and keeping trash tidy. Also responsible for helping break down finish line equipment and start/finish aid station if volunteering at end of race.

Details

Volunteers will assist with checking volunteers in and out through Run Sign Up, helping direct the volunteers to the areas they signed up for and ensuring they are properly trained and ready for the day. Jumping into any empty positions and completing as necessary when there is downtime from checking people in/out. This is the perfect position for someone who has volunteered at our races before.

Details

This volunteer takes photos and videos during the race to help capture the day. A pre-determined shot list will be shared with the volunteer. You do not need to be a professional photographer – just have a Smartphone and a steady hand. Bonus if you have a good eye for candid, fun shots and can capture the moments.

Medical Team

Details

Preferred volunteers with medical background. We will provide various first aid supplies and AEDs to use if needed. The medical team will assess any injuries (falls, cuts, dehydration, heat stroke, etc.) and provide minor first aid duties or call for assistance as needed.

Course Wrap Up

Course Clean Up / Load Up

Details

The course clean up crew is responsible for running the course in assigned sections and ensuring all flags and course markings are collected and disposed of properly. This crew will also be conscientious of any trash on the trail. The load up crew will help wipe down tables and chairs, break down tents, pack any remaining items for aid stations, merchandise, and finish line, and help load the trailer.
