Lead 13 course volunteers and water stations. Hold a meeting at 6:30 AM. This person should make sure everyone is at their assigned intersection by 7:30 am. Make sure they all know what to do. Make sure they all know the course.

Water station - Set up (2) 5-gallon coolers of water. Set up (2) trash cans, serve water during the course & cleanup, and give water to pets as needed. Cheer participants on!
