Registration/Packet Pick-up Volunteer (Saturday)

Assist with packet pick-up operations, including checking in participants, distributing race bibs and shirts, organizing packets and supplies, answering basic participant questions, and keeping the packet pick-up area organized. Volunteers may also assist with setup and cleanup before and after the event.

Race Day Volunteer (Anywhere)

Provide general event support as needed, with flexibility to assist at water stations, the food tent, or the finish line. Volunteers should be prepared to help wherever they are needed, assist participants, keep assigned areas organized, and support setup and cleanup as directed by the race team.

Water Station Volunteer

Assist with setting up and operating the water station, including filling cups, handing out water to participants, keeping the area stocked and organized, directing runners as needed, and helping with cleanup after the event. Volunteers should be prepared to stay active and work outdoors for the duration of their shift.

Finish Line Volunteer

Assist with finish line operations, including directing participants through the finish area, distributing medals, helping keep the finish chute organized and moving, providing water to participants as needed, and assisting with cleanup after the event. Volunteers may also assist with answering participant questions and providing general support to the race team

Assist with setting up and operating the food tent, including organizing and distributing food and refreshments to participants, keeping supplies stocked, maintaining a clean and organized area, and helping with cleanup after the event.
