Volunteers will assemble at 7:30am to set up tables and fill cups. As a Hydration Station Volunteer for the Global Beauty 5K, your role is essential in keeping our runners refreshed and motivated. Please arrive early at your designated station to set up tables, cups, and water before the race begins.Your main tasks include pouring water into cups, arranging them for easy grabbing, and handing them to runners while offering words of encouragement. To ensure safety, extend your arm when offering water and step back quickly to avoid collisions. Keep the area clean by properly disposing of discarded cups and restocking supplies as needed. Dress comfortably in running shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and we’ll provide gloves and bottled water for volunteers. After the last runner passes, assist with cleanup to leave the area spotless. If you have any questions or emergencies, a designated point of contact will be available.
