Packet Pickup High Priority

Details

Work Packet Pickup on Race Day. Distribute Packet, Chips, and Bibs to participants of either the 4 Mile or 8 Mile Race

Location

Meet at Clubhouse before the race. Will be provided direction by email of exact location to be on Race Day down Horse Shoe Lane and where to park beforehand.

Course Marshall Medium Priority

Details

Volunteer Course Marshall will provide participants course direction and turn around locations along the course. Rae Directors will be provided information of the exact location along the course they want a Course Marshall.

Water Aid Station High Priority

Details

One Water Aid Station will be located on the course and at the turn around for the 4 Mile Loop. The 8 Mile loop participants will come by this Water Aid Station 2 times.

Set up 6:45am - 7:30am
Breakdown at 10 am approx.

Start/ Finish Volunteers High Priority

June 30, 2018

Details

To direct participants to start of the race and to greet participants at the end of the race.

Location

Down near the Start/ Finish line to be located down Horse Shoe Trail Drive in the parking lot before the trail starts.
