The Check-in team is essential to making event day run smoothly. As part of this team, you'll help welcome participants and guide them to their starting point for the run.

MacGregor Park is a big place and we want to make sure participants know which way to go. The Course Attendant team will be stationed at key turns and cross points along the route to help direct runners and walkers.

Set-up High Priority

The Set-up team will join us bright and early to get the course and activity area ready for action. This includes tasks such as setting up tables, posting signage, and taking supplies to their stations.

Breakdown High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

The Breakdown team will help us leave Piedmont Park just as beautiful as we found it. This includes tasks such as removing tables and signage, disposing of excess trash, and packing up supplies.
