Set up and organize water for runners. Previous experience working at a water stop helpful but not required.

Location

Water stop location at/near halfway point of race.

Water Stop Helper

You must be 10 or older to volunteer for this task.

Will help set up/take down water stop and help fill cups and hand out water to runners

Location

Water stop and midway point on course.

Set up (boatshed duty) High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Meet at BCRR/HARRA equipment storage ("The Boatshed"). Help load the truck with cones, tables, tents, grills, etc to take to site. Help setup at the park.

Tear down and return to Boatshed High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help tear down site and load equipment back into truck. Meet at Boatshed to restore equipment.

Registration Help

Help with last minute team registration and bib/baton pickup.

Finish Line/Exchange Help/Timer Assist

Details

1. One person to announce incoming team number from advance vantage point to alert runners on deck.
2. Another person to manually note finishing teams as back-up for timer.
3. Assist timer as needed.
4. Collect batons as runners finish.

Exchange Zone, Finish Line, or "vantage point".
