Volunteers will:
- be assigned spots along the race route
- give walkers/runners clear directions along the course
- cheer on walkers/runners
- when last runner passes, pick up any race signs around you (bring back to check-in table)
- please also check for any trash along the course to pick up before leaving your station

Participants can stop by between 3:00-6:00pm that day to pick up. We will give them their runner packet, bib # (with safety pins), and their t-shirt.

- distribute waters to walkers/runners
- help pick up discarded cups by runners
- when last runner passes the station start to tear down the table & supplies

We will provide all supplies needed & will have a committee member with a truck to pick up supplies.

Volunteers will:
- help wrap up the event day
- breakdown & gather equipment for rental pick ups (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
- take down & collect all signs/banners
- organize & load into cars supplies from the day
- clean & clear the event area (picking up debris, disposing of trash, and leaving the venue as we found it)
