Goal: Hand out race bibs, shirts, and bags to runners prior to race day to minimize race-morning lines.

Responsibilities
Check In Runners: Look up participants on an iPad or printed list to find their assigned bib numbers.

Distribute Gear: Hand out the correct pre-assembled bib packet, safety pins, and the exact t-shirt size requested. (Please note: shirt size swaps are not permitted).

Direct Inquiries: If someone wants to register or has a question you cannot answer, immediately direct them to the Race Director.

Regular Check-Ins: Periodically check in on booth hosts throughout the morning to answer questions, assist with minor logistics, or help troubleshoot setup needs.
