Details

Please arrive by 7:30 am

Stand at the turnaround point and pass out water to the runners. You will need to be at the halfway point by 8:15 and begin filling cups of water. The runners will grab cups of water and likely throw them in the trash bag or on the ground. You will need to collect the trash and bring it to Fritz Park, along with the table and water cooler once the last runner has passed you.

Parking Director High Priority

Please arrive by 7:00 am

All runners will need to park in the overflow parking lot across the street from Fritz Park. You will need to wear a safety vest and direct the traffic to this area and away from the main parking lot.

Finisher Medal Distributor High Priority

No volunteer spots remaining.

Please arrive by 7:30 am

You will stand at the finisher arches and distribute medals to people as the complete the run. Prioritize adults and kids who are running. Do not give small children medals unless all of paid runners have received theirs.

Shirt Distribution High Priority

Minimum met, 1 volunteer spot remaining.

Please arrive by 7:00 am

You will give shirts to people who have registered before 10/22. The person at the check in table will let you know their sizes.

Finish Line Water Distribution High Priority

Minimum met.

Details

Please arrive by 7:30 am

You will stand at the finish line and give water to people as they finish.

Beer and Wine High Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Please arrive by 7:30 am

You will provide the runners with a complimentary glass of beer or wine when they finish the run.
