Transition volunteers will assist the transition coordinator with any tasks needed to be complete in transition including assisting the children in finding and handling their bikes.

On-Course Encourager/Directional Flagger

Details

Cheer on the kids as the make their way through the course as an On-Course Encourager. On-Course Encourager/Directional Flaggers will be staged at strategic locations around the run and bike course to help direct runners and pedestrian traffic and cheer on the participants.

Finish Line Team

Guide for Assisted Events Low Priority

Guides for athletes registered for the Assisted Triathlon or Assisted Splash & Dash. Registered guides must be the legal parent or guardian on the participant they will be guiding and MUST attend one of the pre-race briefings to be held during early bike check-in.

Paratriathlon Transition Assistant Low Priority

You must be 20 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Paratriathlon participants are allowed one registered assistant in the transition area to help with swim-to-bike and bike-to-run transition. This assistance includes getting to the swim start and from the swim exit to transition. It is recommended the the paratriathlon assistant is a parent or guardian of the athlete due to specific assistance that may be required.
