Details

Join us for a group mosaic making session to help us create unique age group awards for our Fun Run! Each session will focus on a certain color theme for the awards, but you will have freedom to get creative and learn the process we go through to make our memorable mosaic hearts! Fun to do with a friend, or come make some connections while you are here. The sessions will be led by a staff member or experienced volunteer - so no prior experience required.

**Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult!

Help mark out the run course. Place signs, coolers, tables. Anything we can get setup the night before to make the morning go smoothly.

Details

Setup for Race Day! Helping vendors unload & find their spot. Checking run course setup. Filling coolers with ice & waters, setting up water station on the course. Setting up finish line & awards table. All the tasks to setup for a successful event.

You will be assigned a task upon arrival! All volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Race Day Volunteer High Priority

Details

Volunteer for the entire race day & family festival! 7:30am - 11:30am. There will be a variety of outdoor tasks - working water stations, handing out medals, directing attendees, cheering along the run course, assisting at the finish line, managing awards, checking on vendors, etc. You will be given your assigned task when you check-in on race day!

Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult!
