Setup

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

Event setup begins Saturday, September 10th, 11am. Physical lifting is involved, and you will be outside in the heat of the day. Water and Gatorade will be provided.

Location

Lake Pflugerville North Beach.

Bike Course Monitor

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

Details

7:00 am til last bike through (note Olympic is two laps)
Staff at intersections to assist drivers to see the bikes.

Bike Course SAG

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

8:00 am - 11:00am or last bike finish
Need pickup or similar vehicle to pick up cyclists as needed, and knowledgeable about tire repair and willing to assist cyclists.

Transition Monitor/Post Race

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

7:15am - 1:00pm
Secure transition area and monitor athletes exiting transition with their bikes, verify numbers.

Teardown

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

12:00pm - 3:00pm
After awards ceremony, disassemble finish line and clean up venue.
