Bib Pickup and Race Day Registration

Details

Help give runners their 5k bibs, tshirt and wristbands on race morning. Bib pickup will take place under the tent in Centennial Park by the Parking Lot. Bib pickup is from 6:00am-8:15am on 10/16.

Course Marshall

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

Course Marshalls will be standing at designated intersections of the course directing runners in the right direction. You will be provided detailed maps of the locations of each position! Course Marshalls are asked to arrive by 6:15am and the estimated end time ranges from 8:30am-9:30am--pending where you get assigned. You are only needed on race day, 10/16.

Start Corrals and Post-Finish Water Station

Details

Volunteers are needed to assist with helping runners get into the start corrals so the race can properly and safely start on time. Shift for Start Corral Support is from 6:45am-9:15am.

After corrals clear You will also be asked to stay and also support runners walking through the post-finish walk-off, getting their water and making their way to the awards ceremony.

Parking Lot Support Volunteers

Details

As runners arrive they will need to be directed to the Start Area where the Start Line and Bib Pickup is located. Parking Lot volunteers float from the parking lot entrances to the start line in case any runners are lost or confused about where to go. Please arrive by 6:00am. Your exepected end time is 8:00am.

Floater

Sometimes Volunteers can't make it on race morning (10/16), or sometimes we need more support in areas unexpected on race morning. By signing up to be a Floater, you can be requested to go anywhere throughout the event, unless there is an age restriction to an assignment. Please arrive on site by 6:00am. Your estimated end time is 9:30am. You are only needed on race day, 10/16.

Course Fluid Station

Details

Setup and breakdown the fluid station on course. Fluid Station is located at approximately mile 1.5 on the 5k course, on the bike path. We will walk you there as a group at 7:00am.

Please arrive by 6:30am. Your end time will approximately be 9:00am.
