Start / Finish Line Area Set Up

Details

Volunteers are responsible for helping with start/finish line tasks such as putting up the inflatable, helping set up timing equipment, start/finish aid station, and medals/finish line snacks. Also responsible for supporting and congratulating runners, handing out medals, restocking snacks and water, managing merchandise, timing chip collection and keeping trash tidy.

Finish Line – Morning

Volunteers are responsible for supporting and congratulating runners, handing out medals, restocking snacks and water, managing merchandise, timing chip collection and keeping trash tidy. Also responsible for helping break down finish line equipment and start/finish aid station if volunteering at end of race.

If volunteering near end of the race, you will also help with tearing down Start / Finish.

Course Wrap Up

Course Clean-Up / Load Up

Details

The course clean up crew is responsible for cleaning up assigned sections and ensuring all supplies are loaded. This crew will also be conscientious of any trash on the course. The load up crew will help wipe down tables and chairs, break down tents, pack any remaining items for aid stations, merchandise, and finish line, and help load the trailer.
