Water Station Crew Responsibilities:
2 Volunteers Per Station/6 water stations
Each station will be identified by a colored flag.

SET UP & BREAK DOWN
-Set up tables at your flagged station
-Fill coolers with ice + water
-Pour cups ½–¾ full (not to the brim)
-Line cups in rows near table edge
⚠️ DO NOT over-pour too early (waste control)
DURING RACE (High Energy Zone)

Call out loudly:
-“WATER ON THE LEFT!”
-“YOU GOT THIS!”
-Hand cups from the bottom (not rim)
-Make eye contact + smile
-Keep station clean and safe

AFTER LAST RUNNER
-Stop pouring immediately
-Clean station area
-Break down tables + supplies
-Call HQ for pickup

Traffic & Parking Patrol Volunteers (18+)
Help ensure runner safety by directing the traffic coming into the the park as well ensure runner safety by directing participants along the course and monitoring intersections. Guide vehicle traffic when necessary and keep the course clear. Must be 18 or older, alert, confident, and comfortable giving clear directions. Safety is the top priority.

Provide on-site medical support for participants and volunteers as needed. Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification (EMT, RN, Paramedic, or equivalent preferred). Assist with minor injuries, assess situations, and coordinate with emergency services if necessary.
Service hours will be provided if needed.
Professional, calm, and safety-focused required.
