Details

Registration volunteers will need to arrive at 6:30 a.m. Registration and packet pick-up will be from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Registration volunteers will need to: Confirm liability forms, receive payments, have participants fill out forms while waiting in line, distribute t-shirts/packets, and direct participants to warm up and vendor areas.

Setting Up Water Stations

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

Setting up water stations (3). Water station crew will need to arrive at 6:30 am. Duties include setting up the station and manning it during the race. Water station volunteers will be in charge of handing out water to runners, keeping the area clean, and cheering on runners as they pass!
Please help break down stations and clean up after the last race participant has finished.

Setting Up Course

Details

Course set-up crew will need to arrive at 6:00 a.m. This crew will be in charge of setting up all route signs. Make sure the course is clear of branches and safe for runners.

Parking Crew

Details

Parking crew will need to arrive at 6:30 am. Duties include setting up caution tape in parking areas, directing traffic, and keep parking lot clean of trash.
